29, 30/31 Eversfield Place:

This project was featured in the RIBA Magazine 2006 and a description of works and photographs can be seen on page 53. We re-roofed this building in welsh slate and restored the front facade to its original condition, with insitu run lime render mouldings. At ground level we reproduced and installed the balustrading and installed the basement steps from reconstituted stone. The sliding sash windows were replaced all in Douglas fir. Zinc sheet canopies were constructed inline with historical records. Cast iron moulded railings to match existing were installed to the balconies. This work was grant aided by English Heritage.
